South Indian Cuisine includes the cuisine of five states of India which are Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Telangana. Rice is the stable food and coconut is widely used in South Indian dishes. All the five states has some different texture in their dishes with different types of dried spices and coconut. Most of the dried spices comes South India and then exported to the all the states of India and also outside India.

Different types of Dosa's are famous all around the India which people to eat when they go outside. 
Other South Indian dishes which are famous are Idli sambhar, Uttapam , Vada, and so on.  People in north India also love to eat these South Indian dishes . Fish is the most common Non- vegetarian option for the People of South India but most of the people love to Eat vegetarian food in South India. Rava is used to make every dish in South India. South Indian cuisine is extensive and unique with its own features.
